But you should always do your research before getting a zinc supplement because they’re often not the best choice.

Zitrone is a product that’s been found in some restaurants that contains zinc oxide.

Zintane is a powdered form of Zinc that can make it taste even better.
But some people may have difficulty swallowing it, so it’s not recommended.
